FABOOL Laser Mini 1.6W
Head Speed (mm/min) | Laser Power (%) | Times | Required Time | Data Size |
100 | 100% | 1 | 2min20sec | 20×80mm |
We have tried out 3 different type of deck tapes.
Here is the result of the finest material among the three deck tapes. The unevenness is very small and you can cut it by one processing.
FABOOL Laser Mini 1.6W
Head Speed (mm/min) | Laser Power (%) | Times | Required Time | Data Size |
80 | 100% | 1 | 2min50sec | 20×80mm |
This is the result of the second finest deck tape. Though it was a little more rough which made it difficult to process compared to the finest one, you can cut it if you slow down the processing speed.
FABOOL Laser CO2
Head Speed (mm/min) | Laser Power (%) | Times | Required Time | Data Size |
1000 | 100% | 3 | 50sec | 20×80mm |
This is the least finest-textured material among the three deck tapes. We could not cut through the material with FABOOL Laser Mini (both 1.6w and 3.5w) even though we tried to cut multiple passes because it was too rough and thick. You can cut it with FABOOL Laser CO2, but eventually you need to tear some part off by hand because it was hard for the FABOOL Laser CO2 to cut through the uneven part.
