There is a difference in cutting ability between X and Y

If a slight obstacle occurs in the movement of the axis due to physical factors (changes in the adjustment state due to impact or vibration on the movable axis, adhesion of foreign matter to the rail, etc.), the laser irradiation position will shift during repeated processing (processing the same design multiple times). Also, there may be a difference in cutting ability (ex.: X-axis is cut, Y-axis is not). There is a setting item of “seek speed” (moving speed of the laser head when not processing) as an effective means to reduce this difference.

You can expect reduction by opening the setting dialog from "Menu bar> Setting> User setting" of SmartDIYs Creator and changing the mode of "Seek speed" to “quality”.
